Since the kitchen is booked by the hour, the weekly schedule is subject to change, meaning that making an appointment is your best bet for touring the facility. - Appropriate business and health department licenses based on your situation.
- Proof of at least $1,000,000 of commercial liability insurance naming Brubco, LLC DBA as Pick-A-Peck Kitchens as an additional insured (i.e. Certificate of Liability and Accompanying Endorsement).
- A signed operating agreement and schedules with Pick-A-Peck Kitchens.
- A deposit of $200 which will be returned if the kitchen is properly cleaned and the renter has left by the end of the reserved time slot.
